TERMS OF SALE

I require 50% downpayment to put a 'hold- pending sale' on an adult goat. Unless other arrangements are made, goat must be picked up at my farm within two weeks of receiving down payment. Downpayments must be postmarked/received within one week of intent to purchase, otherwise the goat will be put back on the 'For Sale' list. A $50, non-refundable down payment is required for kids waiting to be weaned. Kids will be current on all vaccinations, and will be off their dams for at least a week before transportation off the farm premises. Unless other arrangements are made, if the kid is not picked up within the 2 week post weaning period, the kid will be placed on the my For Sale page and the refund will be kept.

Waiting lists for kids from certain doe/bucks will be a first-come, first serve basis. A buyer has 48 hours to make a decision on whether they still wish the kid once it is born. A non-answer is considered a 'no' answer. The next person in line for the kid will be contacted.

Health papers or tests required by purchaser are the monetary responsibility of the purchaser and payment is due at time of pick-up. I do not charge for my time to get the required work done, but all vet/lab charges are to be paid by purchaser. I will ship my goats, but the purchaser is responsible for choosing the transporter and making arrangements. Payment in full is required before the animal will be transported. Badger Boer goats does not accept responsibility for the arrival condition of any animal shipped off the farm.
